ETDPA recently completed a needs assessment for the 2024 high school graduates in Addis Ababa. The purpose of this assessment was to equip them with exam management skills and raise awareness about Technical and Vocational Skill trainings for their future plans. As a result of the assessment, ETDPA has developed a short-term training manual and organized a trainer of trainees session today, focusing on training management and delivery. The session saw active participation from volunteers from Harer, Jimma, and Addis Ababa. In our school project, we have selected two high schools in Addis Ababa, with government representatives involved. Finally, we will conduct a stakeholders meeting and visit a federal technical and vocational institute with the students, where we will share the assessment results with participants.
