During October 2, 2024 general assembly meeting of the ETDPA, we announced the introduction of a new initiative: a volunteer service database, which is an essential practice for all professional associations in Ethiopia. Additionally, ETDPA plans to share insights and experiences related to volunteer service management when the fund secured. The database is overseen by the association’s Vice President, Konjit Belay, who presented all activities and outcomes associated with the database, which references an annual amount of 681,200.00 birr (in 2016 EC budget year). This initiative will assist the association’s management in making informed decisions regarding member benefit and appreciation matters.
